Our day will begin with an opening tea ceremony, where we pause to reflect on our intentions, tuning into our senses and the silence. We will take a short walk around the property with the opportunity to further explore our senses through the environment.

We will continue with a gentle yoga practice culminating in a peaceful meditation, focused on rest and restoration.

Time will be set aside for you to eat lunch, use the silent space as you wish - for instance, to read, journal or create and also access the sauna and shower on rotation. You are welcome to bring your on lunch or enquire about lunch options* at an extra cost, upon booking.

Cozy up around the fireside for some prompted journalling before the day winds to a close with an immersive sound healing in the dome with a final moment of pause and reflection.
