Specializing in Relaxation massage techniques, Reset offers a variety of massage services to suit your every need. Come in for a 30 minute fix or stay for up to 90 minutes of bliss. Each massage includes aromatherapy - which can be tailored to the need(s) of each client. I use a variety of organic and carefully researched base oils, combined in house with pure essential oils to create unwinding, rejuvenating massage oils that can be customized for a variety of ailments such as; muscle aches, migraines, allergies and insomnia.

Infant Massage Classes
IAIM Certified Instruction
As a certified Infant Massage Instructor I can work with you in either a private or group setting (in person or online) to teach you how to massage your baby between the ages of 0 and 12 months.
Benefits include increased interaction between you and your baby, relaxation for both (all) of you, stimulation and awareness of body movements and relief of colic, teething and other discomforts.
At IAIM we promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education and research, so that parents, caregivers and children are loved, valued and respected throughout the world community.

Yoga and Meditation
I offer private one-on-one or group yoga sessions at a venue of your choice. I specialize in Yin Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and a variety of forms of Meditation. I also offer a personally created Birth Partner Class that is exclusive to Reset Yoga and Massage.
Yoga and meditation classes can also be offered online for your convenience, from one-on-one classes to corporate events and retreats, available by request here.
“The Reset Button”
Reset’s feature workshop aims to provide a variety of wellness tools that you, your friends, family and/or colleagues can take into every day life, and have at your disposal when you need them most.
Through a blend of restorative yoga, meditation, self-massage tutorials and intention journaling this workshop will leave you both highly satisfied and inspired to unearth more.

Exclusive to Reset Yoga and Massage I will lead you through this unique fusion of restorative yin yoga and massage techniques, bring a friend or partner and take the opportunity to be in each role : massager and massagee/yogi. This is a fun, interactive class designed to encourage support between you and your partner of choice - the ideal way to re-connect with a friend, loved one or yourself.
Available in person or online.
