We will start the retreat activities with a peaceful morning meditation, setting our intentions for the day before moving into YoMa. YoMa is a unique fusion of restorative yin yoga and massage techniques. As you move through the poses, I will come to you and provide a relaxing massage suited to the yoga pose you are in.

After lunch and wine tasting, the day will close with a beautiful sound cleansing.

In the afternoon there will be an option to enjoy a Wine Tasting Experience with Burrowing Owl Winery or take a little free “me” time.

Tea and snacks will be provided upon arrival, and throughout the day.
